Sierra Club Quebec and "Laboratoire sur l'agriculture urbaine", in collaboration with the "Institut des sciences de l'environnement" of UQAM, organize a workshop on actions to preserve urban pollinators.Explore the importance of bees, reasons for declining native bee populations, and actions you can take to help native bees!The workshop includes:

  • Presentation by speaker and bee expert Dr. Madeleine Chagnon
  • Workshop group discussion
  • Tour of UQAM's bee friendly lanscape and installation (weather permitting)
